A collection of some of my favorite musicians. If you have the means, I highly recommend checking them out...they are so choice.

Currently digging on The Sheytoons pretty hard: Ramin Karimloo and Hadley Fraser's folksy band...when they're not killing on West End, that is....

I'm offically obsessed with Mree's song Lift Me Up, sooo zen.

I don't even love Bon Iver that much, but this Mean Girls reference pleases me.

It doesn't get much better than Elvis Costello.

JJ Heller's song "Fly Away" was the anthem of my exodus from Arizona. Love it.

Every single Cat Stevens song is a delight. LOVE him.

The Civil Wars are such an amazing duo, Joy Williams is a queen! Barton Hollow is a terrific album, don't miss it!

The Yeah Yeah Yeahs = best roadtrip music ever. Karen Oh is such a lovable wackadoo. ♥

Madeleine Peyroux is a French-warbling dream. J'ai Deux Amours is one of my all-time faves.

Diane Birch is such a funky songbird. Her song Fire Escape is soooo bluesy and soulful!

Donald Glover just posted an amazing Twitter "letter" about Childish Gambino. Go read it. Trust.

Gnarls Barkley = Danger Mouse + Cee Lo. Of course they're amazing together, how could they not ben?

Few albums gets more play in my car than Danger Mouse's Grey Album. Beatles and Jay-Z mashup? SO GOOD.

Girl Talk tracks are only outshone by one thing: Girl Talk live performances. SO GOOD.

Joni Mitchell's music has made an impossibly huge impression on me. "I live in a box of paints."

Florence + The Machine, every song I hear is better than the last. Girl With One Eye is SOOO eerie!

Nick Pitera's covers and medleys are a thing of beauty. So much talent in one guy! I LOVE HIS FACE.

Metric is such a rock party, I love Combat Baby so much.

Blake Sennett's post-Rilo Kiley work with The Elected is so much fun (Babyface is my fave). Also, he's adorable. Salute Your Shorts, anyone?!

Kristen Chenoweth: tiny gal, HUGE voice!

More people need to listen to The Specials. I was OBSESSED with this band in high school.

Peter Case is insanely talented, I don't know why he's not a household name!

The Scissor Sisters are such a disgustingly fun band to watch. Jake Shears is a master showman!

If I had to pick a favorite male singer of all time, it would probably be Nat King Cole. So amazing.

Just looking at this picture takes me back to my No Doubt days. Tragic Kingdom was the first CD I ever bought for myself, love them!

Jane Monheit is a jazz queen, I love her voice sooo much.

Passion Pit's "Little Secret" will always be the theme to my Summer 2010 memories. Good times.

I seriously love everything about A Fine Frenzy.

Lenka's song "The Show" is way to listenable, I can put that bad boy on repeat for days.

Get the Led out! Please don't make me pick a favorite Zepplin song. ...fine, it's D'yer Mak'er.

Flight of the Conchords is pure perfection. Cute hilarious musicians with Kiwi accents? BE STILL MY HEART!

"Don't Bring Me Down" by ELO is one of the best tunes of all time. ALL TIME.

Jaymay's music is so achingly lovely. "Gray or Blue" is pretty much perfect.

I listen to E-40 more than I should admit to, too. TELL ME WHEN TO GO.

I listen to Billy Joel more frequently than I should admit to.

Cake has so many amazing songs they almost have TOO many. Shadow Stabbing is probably my favorite.

The Barenaked Ladies have made me happy since 1992, and I love them for that. In other news, I FEEL ANCIENT NOW.

Aberfeldy is my favorite obscure Scottish band. Summer's Gone? Classic.

Anoop Desai is crazy talented, his song "My Name" is a must-listen on every road trip I take!

Molly Lewis is the wittiest cutest most adorablest musical ladygeek of them all! Her love song to Stephen Fry is unrivaled.

Venus & Mars by Wings was the first record I ever played. Must have played it a thousand times!

Eric Hutchinson has some of the catchiest soul-filled tunes I've ever heard. I dare you not to love with All Right With Me!

The Beatles. Need I say more?

The Rat Pack. They invented cool before it was cool.
